For Windows users an updated installer `deluge-1.3.12-1` is available. The changes include a version of OpenSSL that does not [http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=52469 require MSVC++ Redist 2013], [http://git.deluge-torrent.org/deluge/commit/?h=1.3-stable&id=cdf301601fe71bd697f3796cf0a5656d437d140e patch] for the Scheduler plugin regression and improvements to the installer. 

For OSX users an app is now available. It is 64-bit only due to packaging issues but please let us know in the forum if a 32-bit version is still wanted.

Another collection of fixes to keep 1.3 stable, including another attempt to prevent corruption of the state files on bad shutdown of Deluge.

For Windows users the package now includes libtorrent 1.0.6, a 256px icon and version info added to exe files.
