[win32] Restoring maximized window from tray is no longer maximized

Description
When adding new torrents, no matter if via a .torrent file or magnet link, the Deluge window is resized as shown in the attached image.
The resize button is in the wrong state as well, so each time I add a torrent, the button has to be clicked twice to maximize the Deluge window again.
This is occuring on a Windows 7 64-bit system.

This is marked for 1.3.6 milestone so that if newer version of gtk with a fix is available it will be packaged.

This has been reported before and it is an issue with GTK restoring from the 'minimized to tray' state. There is nothing we can do about this until a fix is applied upstream.
Have you tried without having Deluge maximized or without the 'minimize to tray' option enabled?
