remove torrent and data based on seed time and ratio

I know there have two plugins are alike what I am requesting for, which are SeedTime? and Auto Remove.

But I want to have a plugin which gives more options like when remove an active torrent, at the same time remove its data too.

and distinguish "date added" with "seed time"
