Description
After upgrading ubuntu to 23.10 it also upgrade deluge from 2.1.1 to 2.1.2.dev0. Now the webui and local client is asking for a password when one was not set before (just leaving the password black worked for webui).
Changing the password on upgrade seems like a bug.
