GUI window Control Buttons dissappear

Description
Using 2.1.1 on Linux Mint 21.3 I open Deluge in my second monitor when opening a torrent. If I open a 2nd torrent, the minimize, maximize, and close buttons disappear from the top right. The window also becomes position locked and can only be closed by clicking File -> Quit.
