Happens here too: Windows XP SP2 32-bits. When I double-click the .torrent file, Deluge should open a "select destination folder" window, but it does not appear (it's there, but it's invisible). I have to press <ESC> to close the invisible window and add manually the torrent, using the menu option <file -> add torrent>.
