Inconsistent UI in Files tab.

Description

Priority column in Files tab uses "gtk-stop" icon for "Do not download", but file popup menu uses "gtk-no". They should be the same. (IMO gtk-no is better and gtk-stop is scary.)

Also, text in Priority column is not localized.
