Description
Windows 2008 Web Edition SP2 64 bit
Deluge 1.3.6 downloaded a few hours ago from website.
Lost connection to dedicated server through remote desktop. On reconnection I get either the log on screen (re-asked for password and session resumes) or I am remembered from my last authentication
Either way, Deluge is crashed with the message:

A problem with gtk is not something that will be easy to identify or fix on Windows.
You should look at setting up thin client mode: http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/UserGuide/ThinClient
By doing that you negate the need for remote desktop to access deluged.
