[Web API] Empty response adding a duplicate torrent

Description
Adding a duplicate torrent (same hash, file upload/local path torrent) via the web API only ends when the request times out. No fallback JSON is sent. At the very least a detection could occur and the error field in the JSON could tell the user that they're trying to add a duplicate and thus the request did not complete.
