Deluge will not load torrents with Japanese filenames

Deluge will not load torrents with file names in all Japanese characters. Attempting to add them shows the add torrent window, but it is empty. If I attempt to add the torrent by clicking the add torrent button, and find the file, when I select it and click open, I get the same thing.

If the file has some English characters in the name it is ok. This problem occurs only when the torrent contains a file with only Japanese in the name.

I have the same problem. Deluge will simply give up when loading some poorly written torrent file if it does not correctly guess its encoding.
