GTK UI/Web UI do not categorize "unregistered torrent" as an Error

Description
Despite the Tracker Status for torrents removed from the tracker reporting: "<Tracker>: Error: unregistered torrent", the actual section of the UI which divides torrents up by All/Paused/Queued/etc does not put them into the Error group.
It'd be nice if torrents with tracker errors, in addition to the already present torrents with local errors were added to that group to help identify problematic ones quickly.
