Description
According to man deluge-web
the process is supposed to fork only if --fork
is specified and it makes sense to have a switch to run the program as foreground process for debugging purposes.
experienced with 2.0.0.dev6963+9666781+201703011947~ubuntu16.10.1 on Ubuntu 16.10
