Description
Need pid file for deluge (such as -P option in deluged)
This file need to write correct daemon start-stop script in linux. (for webUI)

Oops. I forgot my patch (#1473) added that support and was thinking it was already in source.
This is a VERY simple addition / patch. Devs?

I don't know how long deluge has had a pidfile option, but I know it does. And no activity in forever makes me think the original poster doesn't care. If you need root perms to write pidfile, checkout #1473
