Description
Today deluge forcibly re-checks the torrents whose data is stored on a FAT32 filesystem, due to time change from saving to daylight. This also happened half a year before with the opposite change.
The files downloaded to ext3 filesystem are unaffected.
It would be nice if deluge could detect this situation and avoid the re-check.
